I have recently dealt with Richard Crane at Australian Family Lawyers, Joondalup. I must say Richard handled a tricky situation skilfully and with kindness and compassion at every stage of the process. I could not recommend Richard highly enough. He is a very kind and sincere man and my family feels lucky to have had him helping us. A special mention to Madeline Bramley as well, who also helped to guide us through our troubles with kindness. We are very grateful to both.
Best wishes for the future,
Stephen

I was recommended Richard Crane when I put a desperate request out to a FB group that I was in need of a Family Court lawyer. WOW WOW WOW.
I needed Richard to appear for me unexpectedly in 2 days time and Richard changed his appointments around, stayed back late and took on my case. He represented me in court with very little background information but he did such an amazing job. He did not once let his new appointment of my case hinder him at court on the day. He argued my case and we had a good result that day.
Richard is amazing. I have been in the Family Court for 13 years and there has been no other Family Court lawyer that has been anywhere near as good Richard is.
He told me what chances he thought that I had of getting the outcome that I wanted and left the decision to me whether I wanted to keep going or to stop. He always gives an estimate of what the next section of my case will cost.
The thing that impressed me the most is that he asked to see a photo of my son, so he could see the face of the child that he was fighting for. In my 13 years in the Family Court, no lawyer has ever asked to see a photo of my son.He is a honest, genuine caring lawyer who I was extremely lucky to find.
Thank you Richard. (And Maddy, his assistant. She always answers my calls or emails and sends me copies of all correspondence, both in and out. They are a great team. Thank you Maddy.)

Very happy with our legal representation. Richard had a detailed understanding of our case. He listened, was thorough, and very professional. I have recommended him to other people needing help with their family law issues. The admin staff were very friendly too. I highly recommend Australian Family Lawyers Joondalup.
