Nikki is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in biomedical science, research, and medical administration. As a biomedical scientist with hands-on experience in neurodegenerative disease research, Nikki brings a unique set of analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to AF Legal. Nikki’s experience includes conducting impactful research projects, which required attention to detail, precision, and strong communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Most recently, Nikki worked as a Respiratory Technician, where she gained valuable experience in medical reception duties alongside technical responsibilities. This role allowed Nikki to further hone administrative skills such as managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of a medical office environment.
In her role as a receptionist at AF Legal, Nikki applies a professional, client-focused approach while drawing on a diverse skill set developed through medical and scientific work. Her ability to manage complex tasks, maintain confidentiality, and engage with clients in a compassionate manner ensures a positive experience for everyone interacting with the firm.
Outside of work, Nikki is passionate about her horse and three dogs, and continues to pursue professional development in legal studies.
