Jake Hepplewhite

Solicitor

During Jake’s time at AFL, Jake has progressed from the role of Law Graduate to a Solicitor role. Jake works extensively with the Queensland Head of Family Law, including but not limited to complex property settlements, contentious and non-contentious parenting matters, and binding financial agreements (pre and post). Jake re-joined AFL in mid 2024, after spending one year working abroad in London.

He practices from our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast firms.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Laws (with honours) from Griffith University, Gold Coast
  • Admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland (20 September 2021)
